For nearly 80 years, MECU, a not-for-profit, member-owned credit union headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, has been providing an impressive variety of financial products and services. With nearly 40,000 members and almost $1 billion in assets, MECU asked The Kineo Group to develop a strategic communications plan. The plan was intended to reinforce the many benefits of credit union membership as well as to support MECU as it continues to build and grow.
One aspect of this communications plan is a series of videos for members and prospects. These videos, with strong and consistent messaging, are an important way to expand MECU's outreach to younger members and prospects while conveying important information to the entire marketplace.
