Encompass Championship: Brand and Marketing for PGA Tour
After an eleven-year hiatus, in 2013 the PGA TOUR’s Champions Tour returned to the Chicago area with the inaugural Encompass Championship at North Shore Country Club in Glenview, Illinois.
Kineo was asked to help introduce the event to the Chicago area by creating a branded creative concept and marketing campaign. We built on the two greatest strengths of the tournament: an assemblage of some of the most recognized names in golf and a course with a deep and rich history.
With Legendary Players | Legendary Course as our core message, we developed and executed a print, digital and radio advertising campaign, bought media and designed an extensive suite of collateral material, including the spectator guide, pairings sheets, tickets, badges, invitations, parking permits and more.
